Helport AI and Atome Deepen Partnership Following Top Performance

MANILA, Philippines, Oct. 08, 2025 — Helport AI Limited (NASDAQ: HPAI) (“Helport AI” or the “Company”), an AI technology company serving enterprise clients with intelligent customer communication software and services, is pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership with Atome, one of Southeast Asia’s largest digital finance platforms. Launched in May 2025, the partnership has already delivered impressive results, with Helport AI’s Philippines-based teams supporting the training and onboarding of contact centre agents at Atome Philippines.

AI+BPO Creates Unique Advantage

The partnership began on May 19, 2025, with Helport AI launching AI-enabled support teams to train and onboard Atome contact centre agents. Over the following ten weeks, Helport AI completed the onboarding of 78 trained agents, covering Atome card and cash repayment portfolios. By June, one Helport AI team was already showing standout improvement, achieving strong results within just a month. By July, both Atome card and cash teams continued to perform exceptionally well in Atome’s regional scorecards, reflecting the growing strength of the partnership.
