Cheers to the Future: Investor Event in NYC Following Helport AI Milestone

NEW YORK, [August 5, 2024] – Helport AI (Nasdaq: HPAI) hosted an investor event at the Michelangelo Hotel in New York City. The event celebrated their Nasdaq listing and introduced Voice Cloning Technology and AI Assistants, highlighted the broad impact of these technologies, reinforcing Helport AI’s commitment to revolutionizing customer communication through AI.

The event celebrated Helport AI’s recent successful Nasdaq listing and served as a platform for announcing major technological advancements and new product launches. Approximately 80 investors, clients, and business partners attended the event.

During the gathering, Helport CEO, Guanghai Li, unveiled several significant updates, including the launch of Helport AI’s groundbreaking Voice Cloning Technology and AI Assistants tailored for the insurance and hotel management industries. These innovations are set to revolutionize enterprise AI applications and expand Helport AI’s market reach. Li started the event by introducing Helport AI’s new business model, the Helport Developer Eco-Platform (HDEP), which provides developers worldwide with access to a comprehensive suite of proprietary technologies via open APIs, enabling rapid deployment of industry-specific AI solutions.

US General Manager Toby Song took the stage to unveil Helport AI’s latest advancements, beginning with the introduction of their cutting-edge Voice Cloning Technology. This innovative technology allows AI to precisely mimic the voices of customer service representatives, empowering users to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. By doing so, Helport AI’s voice cloning technology holds the potential to dramatically transform the BPO industry, setting a new standard for efficiency and customer interaction.

Following this, Song announced the launch of Helport AI Assistants tailored specifically for the insurance and hotel management industries. These solutions, which utilize large language models (LLM), are designed for both desktop and mobile platforms, offering versatility and accessibility to a wide range of users. With this new product, Helport aims to reach over 5 million potential subscribers in each of these industries, providing powerful tools to enhance operations and improve service delivery.

The event continued with a guest Q&A panel hosted by Craig Bender, an award-winning and licensed insurance broker, Director of Operations & Sales at The Archdeacon Agency Inc., and CEO of INSUREU2. Joining him were three distinguished guests: Darren Samarel, owner of DKHD Holdings LLC, with over 20 years of experience in the investment mortgage industry; Daniel Liu, a Senior Executive with over 25 years in IT and AI, currently Head of Customer Engineering at Google for Public Sector State and Local Accounts, and co-author of Oracle Database New Features; and Bob Davis, a leading expert in the customer contact industry with more than 30 years of experience in BPO and customer contact centers. The panel delved into the potential benefits of Helport AI’s software across various industries, exploring its impact on multiple levels.
